Where will you work?

At Gwent care, we offer a wide range of full and part -time social care opportunities in residential and nursing homes and supported living settings. 

What is your role?

Your role as a healthcare assistant involves caring for adults, young people, children and the elderly. We will give you the neccessary training so that you can confidently look after residents with challenging behaviours, physical or learning disabilities, mental health issues, or dementia/alcheimer's.

Who is suited for this job?

We are looking for compassionate individuals who are willing to go above and beyond for the  people that they look after. That means showing dignity and respect at all times and provide emotional support, guidance, encouragement and companionship to vulnerable people. 

This role also allows flexibility to fit around your family life, social commitements or studies.
